CRM Consultant- Telework

Renting: Low level, functional knowledge of the car rental business, processes and operations
Desirable skills:
Responsibility and functions:
- Servicing, CRM and backoffice integration engineer
- Define integration scope to be build for customer and Dealer servicing, CRM and backoffice needs
- Define the integration mode for each one Specify with local and global team the integration parameters (in and out fields)
- Location: Anywhere but preferably Spain-Madrid
