- Participate in the regular Senior Management Team (SMT) at country level and Leadership Management Team (LMT) at the conflict geography level.
- Undertake diversified local and international fundraising initiatives in Jordan to support the operationalization of the Levant strategy, and contribute to the production of good quality funding proposals.
- Ensure quality program implementation in compliance with Search’s library of tools and methodologies (including the “Common Ground” principles) as well as with donor policies and regulations.
- Ensure timely programme delivery in line with quarterly forecasting (keep up with the targeted burn rates) and the efficient, accountable and compliant financial management of the program portfolio (measured by performance reviews).
- Supervise monthly financial reports from the Jordan program; ensure that bank reconciliation & accounting are accurate and that assets are safeguarded.
- In coordination with the Regional Director, the Senior Manager, HQ Operations & Safety/Security and / or other global resources, support on mitigating risk and efficiently managing security, legal or other operational challenges.
