JOB DESCRIPTION
- Publish documents and other specification documents according to establish process and applicable electronic publishing standards.
- Perform document quality control checks promptly communicating irregularities in documents and coordinating issue resolution.
- Provide day-to-day department support activities as necessary to aid completion of documents.
- Provide support for Packaging Engineers in various systems particularly specifications and standards.
- Create and modify specifications and standards as directed/ needed.
- Track changes and develop system for department reporting; Support conversion of documents into new products and Packaging Art Work Change Management (ePADEx system); SAP support.
- Develop understanding and maintain knowledge of appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, policies, and regulatory guidance documents; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Job Length:
- Approx. 6 months
Work Schedule:
- Worker will be ONSITE Cincinnati Mason Business Center
SKILLS:
MUST HAVES:
- current knowledge of Enovia
- Attention to Detail
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This individual will work Fridays only afternoon 12-4pm or 1-5pm and vacation or holiday coverage
- Available for training outside the Friday afternoons
- Work on packaging specifications and formula cards
- Making instructions and other types of packaging and product specifications
SKILLS/TRAINING NEEDED:
- Knowledge of Enovia training will be provided if needed
- PC will be provisioned
