In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Nordics and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role as Commercial Director
As the Commercial Director in Sweden you will be part of Instabees biggest market Sweden where it all began and also where the engine sits and therefore you will also work closely with several departments within the organisation. You will be heading a team of 9 people within the commercial area of the company and you will be placed in Stockholm. The Commercial Director will also contribute as a member of the Swedish management team and report to the General Manager for the Nordics.

We are seeking a dynamic strategicminded and people oriented Commercial Director to lead our commercial activities and drive business growth. You will head the Commercial Team and will take pride in motivating and supporting your team to success. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies driving new sales managing key accounts fostering strong relationships with clients and partners and at the same time ensuring a successful team spirit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and managing big key accounts.You also have an analytical and strategic mindset and achieve targets.
We see that you have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field with a proven successful track record in commercial leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity. Also you have demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion demonstrated success in driving new sales and large key accounts with KPIs and performance management. Furthermore you have experience from strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. You see yourself as a person with excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with analytical prowess capable of synthesising complex information and making datadriven decisions. Furthermore you have a resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Preferably you have an understanding of the ecom industry landscape market dynamics and customer needs. And last but not least you are fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written.
