What We Do
Swiftly becoming Swedens industry leader in battery storage and quickly expanding in selected European markets our journey is defined by combining pioneering technology with flexible energy assets.

As both Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) developers and technology providers we leverage our core to optimize the electricity system of today through services such as frequency regulation local congestion management and peak shaving while also developing the system of tomorrow by enabling planability for both energy producers and consumers.

About the role
For this position you will lead and scope Flowers hydrogen initiative. This will be done by defining and mapping the hydrogen value chain and identifying our place in it. You will play a key role in the planning execution and successful completion of our hydrogen production projects. Further identify other kinds of business cases within the hydrogen sector that applies to our core business. We need someone whos not afraid to roll up their sleeves take charge of our first projects and help us grow.

Since youll be one of the first persons on our hydrogen initiative the ability to work independently is a big plus. You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate closely with the Strategy Office and Asset Development & Partnerships Domain.

Key responsibilities will include:
Evaluating Flowers ideal positioning within the hydrogen value chain.
Verifying and building robust business cases accentuating Flowers unique capabilities.
Identifying and leading projects from their initial phase to operation including cost
responsibility.
Negotiating with partners and subcontractors.
Managing the projects timelines scopes and budgets.
Managing a great variety of external stakeholder dialogues.

Key job requirements:

2 years of work experience as a project manager is strongly preferred or experience ininitiating and driving new business initiatives.
A Masters degree is strongly preferred. Relevant disciplines include business and
administration industrial engineering energy engineering or related studies.
A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects is a must preferably withinthe energy or other assetheavy industry.
Fluency in Swedish and English are required.
A working permit in Sweden is required.

Nice to have:

Experience working with gas production specifically is a strong plus.
Experience in managing dialogues with municipalities or local public authorities is a greatadvantage.
A selfstarter attitude is needed as well as a structured mindset.
Great presentation and communication skills are highly valued.

You should be willing to submit to a background check as the security of the electricity system is our top priority.

Location
We love to see each other in the office but understand that sometimes you work better from somewhere else. We would like you to be able to work from the office most of the time but we are flexible with remote work occasionally. Our office is located at Sder Mlarstrand 21 a couple of minutes walk from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
