Coach trainers of public financial management for advisory services

Request for Proposal (RFP) attached. Creative invites qualified individuals to provide the best value proposition for public financial management coaches. The issuance of the contract is subject to the availability of financing and successful negotiation of the contract budget and terms. The contracts resulting from this RFP will be blanket purchase agreements (BPAs).

The requirements for this activity are described in the Statement of Work in Annex I. Creative encourages interested individuals to express interest in this purchase by submitting an offer in accordance with the instructions set out in Annex II “Instructions to Bidders”. Bids will be evaluated based on the “evaluation criteria” in Annex III. Creative will refer whoever submits an offer that provides the best value for the project: technical merit and price will be considered.
