Cloud Support Engineer - AWS Admin

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Cloud infrastructure.
• Continuous monitoring of systems to ensure stability, reliability, proper logging, and audibility.
• Being responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills>
• Creating and removing AD users.
• Setting up user shortcuts
• Setting up new FTP users in FileZilla
• Assigning and creating security groups in AWS.
• Setting up records in Route 53.
• Troubleshooting performance-related issues on Windows servers, RDS, and AWS.
• Deploying RDP shortcuts for customers.
• Configuring published application access with Parallels and assistance with deploying the Parallels client to customers.
• Responding to inbound support emails and triaging the support cases that come into the Salesforce queue.

Job Requirements

• English B2 proficiency.
• Amazon Web Services
• Security (important)
• Network Firewall
• Active Directory
• RADIUS servers
• RDGW (Remote Desktop Gateways)
• Written and verbal must be good in order to communicate effectively with customers.
• IT Troubleshooting
• Windows Servers
• AWS experience (Must)
