Child Protection Coordinator

• Provide technical advice and support to the IMC child protection programs, specifically the case management component (where this is in place)

• Lead and support IMC's child protection staff through direct supervision, coaching and mentoring

• Provide technical and programmatic advice and strategic input to IMC's child protection program, including case management programming (where this is in place)

• Work with Program and Project Managers to oversee implementation of child protection project activities ensuring that services are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance with donor regulations

• Assist program staff and the MEAL unit in the development of logical frame works which meet or exceed donor indicators

Actively monitor child protection program activities at field level, ensuring quality of programming and flagging concerns to the relevant Program or Project Managers
