Business Systems Analyst

Role:

As a Business Systems Analyst you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather and document system requirements. You will be responsible for creating detailed diagrams schematics operational procedures and guidelines specific to Azure services. Additionally you will assist in the development of technical specifications for lifecycle and modernization efforts with a focus on Azure solutions. We are looking for someone who can document their approach effectively and produce highquality documents while maintaining costefficiency. While some technical background is preferred we are primarily seeking someone with strong documentation skills and the ability to understand technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document system requirements.
  
• Create detailed diagrams schematics operational procedures and guidelines specific to Azure services.
  
• Assist in the development of technical specifications for lifecycle and modernization efforts focusing on Azure solutions.
  
• Document approach and methodologies effectively ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  
• Produce highquality documents while maintaining costefficiency.
  
• Provide support to technical teams as needed offering insights and recommendations based on documented requirements.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents.
  
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud technologies is preferred.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud technologies is a plus.
  
• Technical background or understanding is beneficial but not required.
