- Managing the relationship with existing customers who are classified as facilities and commercial customers within the governorate, working to develop them, supervising the fulfillment of their requests, revealing / bypassing their accounts, and providing the service to them by the various service channels in the bank to maintain them and raise the level of their satisfaction.
- Attracting new clients to increase the bank's portfolio of sector clients and supervising the study of their needs and requests and approving them/and recommending them to the concerned authorities to obtain approval according to the established authorities.
