Copy of certificate of completion of the Radiation Health & Safety (RHS)
Copy of certificate of completion in Clinical/Dental Radiography issued by the Dental Assisting National

Minimum one year of past work experience in this position
Supporting Documentation/Additional Qualifications: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED). Minimum two years of past work experience in this
