Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the presales function of Yubi by understanding client requirements conducting product demonstrations conducting workshops and prepare presentations FSD and BRD documentation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage the requests for proposals (RFPs) Request for empanelment (RFEs)
  • Serve as a technical and functional advisor to clients providing expert guidance on product features capabilities and implementation process
  • Manage the presales pipeline including prioritizing opportunities and track the overall process based on the committed names as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Manage and Improve relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders to improve the NPS scores of each platform of Yubi
  • Stay abreast of market trends competitor offerings and industry developments to identify new opportunities and inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the presales team including hiring training and performance management.


Requirements

Requirement:

  • Indepth functional and technical knowledge of the debt financing product in India.

  • Indepth knowledge of SDLC and API Integration Processes.

  • Proven track record in managing RFP / RFE process.

  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends.

  • Analyze customer requirements complete the RG process and prepare FSD.

  • 8 to 10 Years of experience in PreSales function of a B2B Saas platform in Fintech Lending.

  • Masters in Finance

Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch complex products to product teams of wealth houses would be essential. Ability to leverage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to pitch product offering
