Job Title: Audio Visual Project Manager

Job Location: On Site Minneapolis MN 55402

Job Duration: 9 Months Contract

Job Description:

Working as part of a global team you will be responsible for the coordination of regional projects deploying the latest technology to meeting rooms broadcast studios and presentation spaces shaping the workplace of the future.

Provide endtoend project management for the implementation of AV collaboration and associated technology projects

Collaborates with Architects MEPs and contractors/vendors

Define & lead project scope schedule resources and budget based on Clients expectations.

Detail the IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions.

Reasonable understanding in the areas of security access and monitoring network setup/design voice/data cabling telephony wireless audio visual and sound masking

Experience with IT construction projects and consolation for office spaces

Years of Experience needed:

• 3 Years of Audio Visual Project Management experience required (with Bachelors Degree)
• 5 Years of Audio Visual Project Management experience required (without Bachelors Degree

Systems/Software proficiencies:

Microsoft Office suite proficiency is required

Top Must have Skills:

• IT Construction Project Experience
• Understanding of security access and monitoring network setup/design
• Experience with endtoend project management for the implementation of AV collaboration and associated technology projects

Top Nice to have Skills:

Someone who is very personable would be a great fit as they will be client facing
