Overview / Description:
- This is an inhouse communication design lead position working within our global corporate marketing team, and reporting to the Creative Director for APCO brand. It is based in Amman, Jordan, and would work closely with teammates in North America, Europe and Jordan.

Responsibilities
- Concept and create a wide variety of high-quality communication materials, presentations, brand identities, campaigns, and integrated experiences across both print and digital channels.
- Provide design guidance and mentorship to a small team of presentation designers in Amman producing proposals and PPT presentations for APCO new business development, marketing and some clients.
- Ensure adherence to APCO brand standards and be a brand steward that educates and enables the organization to execute in the best possible way.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback and direction to junior designers and production artists in a way that builds their skills and team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive client/colleague communications and relationships with colleagues across the company.
- Be able to calmly juggle competing requests and priorities, while tracking and effectively manage expectations and the delivery of your work to other members of your team and internal clients.
- Be a proactive and engaged leading voice during team and client meetings, offering thoughtful observations and suggestions; human-centered design thinking
- Effectively communicate and “sell” the approach, creative solutions and executions to senior leadership and your internal clients

Qualifications
- Possesses a good understanding of human-centered design thinking in the development of holistic brand and customer experiences
- Excellent execution skills in graphic design, presentation and communication tools and systems, and digital and motion design experience a bonus
- At least five (5) years of experience working as a project and creative lead at a dynamic creative agency, utilizing established best practices and processes for design strategy and the development of communications/materials, and directing the work of junior designers
- Reports to: Global creative director, APCO Brand
