Associate Creative Producer

At Urban Talkies were seeking an Associate Creative Producer who contributes to the growth and management of a video production agency. Someone who can plan and execute client briefs into real life production. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of creative projects ensuring they meet the brief budget and timeline.

• Collaborate with clients understanding their vision and objectives and translating these into executable projects.

• Coordinate with directors cinematographers editors and other production staff to ensure a seamless production process.

• Manage script development location scouting casting and postproduction processes.

• Drive creative brainstorming sessions and ensure the creative team has the resources and direction needed for innovative output.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and technologies to keep Urban Talkies at the forefront of digital media production.

• Ability to lead by example.

• A solid understanding of production processes and workflows.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of video execution and ideation.

• Strategic thinking and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to execute work with team members and other departments.

• Professional approach to creativity time costs and deadline.

• Introduce new concepts and ideas that may align with brand initiatives of projects.

Requirements:

• An experience of 1 to 4 years in a Production House or a Creative Agency handling endtoend videography photography and edit projects.

• A Bachelors degree in Film Media Production or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar creative role in video production or digital media.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong creative vision with an excellent sense of storytelling and narrative development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• In office role Candidates expected to work from office 45 days.

• Location Shivalik New Delhi (Near Saket)
