Are you an accomplished enterprising financial data professional who loves to work directly with clients to ensure they receive the best outcome possible for their investments Would you love the opportunity to coordinate the efforts of crossfunctional internal teams to improve data analysis quality and better serve the needs of customers This innovative collaborative financial services company is on a mission to improve the way people retire and is seeking a knowledgeable Asset Escalator to join their rapidly growing team. In this role you will analyze and validate thirdparty asset information perform calculations to ensure company plans are updated accordingly conduct system testing and attend to escalations from teammates. This is a fulltime permanent position. The chosen candidate will work a hybrid schedule out of the Irving TX office.

Requirements

Must Haves

• 5 years of experience working with data or assets in the retirement financial services or insurance industry (retirement industry preferred)
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple internal and external priorities
  
• A passion for quality with a background ensuring high accuracy and minimal errors
  
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to properly identify research and document issues
  
• Adaptability with capacity to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to run complex functions (e.g. VLOOKUPs)
  
• Bachelor s degree in Math Statistics Economics Computer Science or equivalent work experience
