  • Issue Resolution: Tackle customer inquiries service exceptions and devise customercentric solutions.
  • Safety Advocacy: Disseminate safety protocols OSHA guidelines and CTPAT best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Target Achievement: Develop strategies to surpass KPIs related to asset utilization ontime service cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor designated drivers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous enhancement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelors degree in management transportation or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of pertinent logistics/transportation experience.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in MS Office logistics software and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations CTPAT and transportation operations.
  • Strong problemsolving multitasking and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
