On this occasion we are perusing a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to the HR department by managing generalist activities and administrative This position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with HR and other departments to ensure the efficient operation of HR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment
  • Act as a liaison between the company, staffing agencies, schools and other organisations to facilitate the recruitment of qualified
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring that new employees are provided with necessary information, equipment, and materials to start their jobs
  • Support HR and management in employee relations issues, including employee complaints, grievances, and
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and
  • Manage HR-related administrative duties, including preparing HR-related correspondence, maintaining HR-related files and databases, and responding to employee
  • Coordinate and assist with HR-related training and development programs including support in the implementation of HR policies and

Qualifications, experience and attributes:

  • Qualification in Human Resources (Certificate IV minimum), or other relevant discipline, or be willing to
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources coordination or administrative support
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as employment laws and
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
