Role and Responsibilities:

As the Apprentice Gardener you will:

• Assisting with the maintenance of landscapes including planting irrigation and turf management.
  
• Learning and practicing proper pruning trimming and weeding techniques.
  
• Participating in soil preparation composting and fertilization activities.
  
• Contributing to the design and layout of outdoor spaces under the guidance of senior team members.
  
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  
• Adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a safe working environment.
  

Requirements

• Interest in plants and gardens
  
• Committed to an apprenticeship (not just a job)
  
• Willingness to learn
  
• Be punctual and have a great work ethic
  
• Be well presented and physically fit
  
• Enjoy working as part of a team
  
• Current drivers licence an advantage but not essential
  
• Must have a sense of humour!!
