Analyst Finance Developing Markets Ea - Energizer

FP&A (Financial planning & analysis) work very closely with commercial team in driving trade investment effectiveness business partnering in driving profitability and forecast accuracy. Process owner of HPL tool and profitability information system (BI).

Accountabilities:

• Process owner for Hyperion Forecasting & Profitability Reporting tools HPL & Business Insights
• Support pricing structure process to ensure profitability
• Prepare and analyze market reporting P&L
• Trade Investment: eCondition entry TI balances Reporting & Analysis
• Ensure data accuracy with reconciliation to financial reporting
• Analyze profitability by SKU and Customers; Develop business insights for business decisions
• Sales trending analysis and working with Commercial Director Channel Director and Channel Manager on sales targets management
• Process owner for business scorecard reporting
• Support F&C Manager in leading Strat Planning/Budgeting/ZBB

Controllership

• Work closely with F&C Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements
• Ensure that legal entity comply with all external (Laws Fiscal Local GAAP US GAAP SOX) and internal Corporate policies requirements
• Support F&C Manager in managing working capital
• Entry of new item & new price list to system

Specific Accountabilities:

• Support F&C Manager to develop reports and analysis required for tax and financial audits

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree holder in Finance or Accounting Certified Management Accountant or MBA Financial management holder is preferable
• At least 5 years experiences as Financial Analyst with FMCG
• Excellent communication in English language Speak Read & Write
• Advanced excel word & PowerPoint skills
• Analytical skills full understanding of ROI concept
• Teamwork Influence and Collaboration
• Working Experiences in Multinational and corporate culture
• Ability to work in group and to give support to other functions

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Outside the company: Key Accounts and distributors in relation to trade investment matters
• Inside the company: sales marketing and logistics team
