We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As an AI Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our AI systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to define and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and strategies. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivering exceptional AI solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies for testing AI systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to define test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate the accuracy, functionality, and performance of AI models and algorithms.
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues discovered during testing, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates or changes do not negatively impact existing AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data quality and integrity to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI quality assurance methodologies and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role, with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, models, and algorithms.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java for test automation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis, data validation, and data quality assurance is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI is desirable.
