This is a remote position.

Role & Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cuttingedge machine learning algorithms and techniques to power our recommendation systems.
- This would include video component analysis video classification with a vector database for the videos being posted on our app; and user profile analysis and classification (based on their likes dislikes friends etc) to create a video feed best suited to a particular user.
- You will work closely with data scientists product managersand engineers to design build and deploy recommendation models that enhance user experience drive engagement and boost business metrics.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field.
- Exposure in developing and implementing machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of recommendation algorithms such as collaborative filteringcontentbased filtering and hybrid methods.
- Experience with Python programming language and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or sci kitlearn and Vector databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decisionmaking collaboration & communication skills.
- Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
- Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership
