Agile Coach

The Agile coach helps Scrum teams and individuals better understand and adopt Agile practices and methods in their work.

As anAgile Coach, you will help drive the Agile Transformation within the company by coaching the Scrum Masters and their teams in the way they deliver value to the business.

Depending on the team s needs, they use a mixture of Scrum, Kanban and our own cherry-picked version of SAFe and so experience in all these areas are required.
Reporting to the Agile Practice Lead, you will be one of several Agile Coaches, primarily focusing on one of the Portfolios within the business, but also collaborating with the other Agile Coaches in coaching and training across all other Portfolios.

What you will do

• Help create and run Communities of Practices.
• Coaching teams on Agile Principles.
• Advising and promoting of best practices within the company.
• Help deliver training courses on Agile.
• They assist 10 scrum teams per portfolio.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Knowledge and experience of Scrum, Kanban and some SAFe (PI planning).
• 8+ years' agile experience in the software development space having worked your way up from Scrum Master to Agile Coach
• Evidence of being actively engaged in Agile Transformations previously - not just being a Scrum Master across a couple of teams.
• Experience of communicating with people from all levels of the organisation.
• A passion for Agile User Groups / workshops would be beneficial.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Salary up to 88000 + 6000 travel allowance + up to 15% annual bonus
