Requirements
Working knowledge on tools like - AEM, Jive, CMS, WordPress, Eloqua, Acrolinx, Clay Tablet
Familiarity with modifying custom code deliveries from agencies, for use in cms (or html/css) templates. Use proprietary CMS (content management system) tool
Support in the creation & publishing of application content promotions on the webpage
Experience & proficiency in HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Intermediate in Adobe experience manager (CQ5)

Should have excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations
Experience of working to schedules in a daily or weekly content publishing environment and strict adherence to deadlines

ROLE INVOLVEMENT:
Publish content and provide timelines back to BU stakeholders as required
Work with Web Content Management System workflows to oversee content expiration notifications and content approvals for web pages to include developing new pages and creating new sites to assist with Marketing initiatives
Prioritize content publishing in accordance with multichannel editorial calendar as per Marketing campaign schedules
Ensure all complex releases with publishing go-live dates are executed flawlessly
Gathers scope, copywriting, graphics and other collateral required to create, modify content for BU stakeholders this may include Agency Inside, or other designated agency partners
Ensures site health for audience/segment
Drives task assignment, establishes JAD sessions and negotiates priority and delivery dates with BU stakeholders
Communicates page design, comps, content requirements, assets publishing team
Works in collaboration with Brands and Content managers to develop pages and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Work with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders, including brand managers, channel managers, communications teams, designers, and technical specialists, to determine site requirements and plans of action for site rebuilds, site launches and a host of interactive campaigns.
Works with the Marketing and IT function of Client/s to provide guidance and direction for the website activities of the public-facing website
