Accounting Manager

In this position you would be responsible for owning the GL, staff management, assisting with SEC reporting, as well as project-based work. This is a great opportunity to join a motivated and tight-knit team in one of the Boston areas largest and fastest growing industries!

• Oversight of the General Ledger & Month-End
  
• Review of journal entries and account reconciliations
  
• Preparation of Financial Statements for SEC Filing
  
• Work with the Corporate Controller in maintain SOX compliance
  
• Project Based Work
  
• Assist with managing a team of 5+ accountants
  

• B.S. in accounting or a related field
  
• CPA preferred
  
• 7+ years of accounting experience
  
• Biotech experience highly preferred
  
• Staff management experience
