Accounting Manager

About the Role: The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned corporateaccounting professional who may already be a CPA or might have CPA as a goal. They will have extensive accounting and management experience preferably with larger companies. This candidate will manage the accounting staff who are responsible for all aspects of financial statement preparation and financial reports for multiple entities. (Note: Prior law firm experience is NOT required).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate general ledger related subledgers making adjustments as needed
• preparing all financial statements for a number of US Entities
• Monitor budgets cash flows and internal controls
• Prepare firm KPIs financial analyses and special project reports
• Prep for outside CPAprepared tax returns
• Reconcile cash bank accounts expenses and revenues; documenting and recording

transactions details

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage a team and potential new business entities
• Leadership skills to delegate tasks and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional timely work
• Other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE:

• • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • Finance / accounting degree and background is required
  • Working inoffice at corporate headquarters in Tukwila WA is required
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
