NOK Human Capital is hiring Accountant for Care At Home Services

Job Description

) AR Functions

Calculate prepare and issue Sales invoices

Follow up on outstanding invoices with the clients and make collection calls

AP function

Match invoices with Purchase Order

Enter invoices in QuickBooks and process the payment

Payroll function

Pay employees timely and correctly

Fulfil any reporting remittance duties related with payroll like EI tax withholding etc

Other Accounting duties include but not limited to

Bank & Monthly Accounts reconciliations analysis and prepare journal entries

Issue monthly financial statements with KPI analysis and assist with Audit documentation preparation

Job Requirements

years of experience in same role

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table VLOOKUP)

Fluent in English written and Spoken
