We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Manage the pipeline account plans and whitespace mapping to drive sales in MRR and Professional Services
  • Manage the pipeline forecasting and renewals process to ensure accurate revenue projections and target achievement
  • Create and implement account plans for key clients
  • Build relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Solicit feedback from clients on what new services they would like the company to deliver
  • Work with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate contracts renewals and servicelevel agreements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional services or features to existing clients
  • Implement strategies to ensure client retention and minimise churn

Essential Criteria

  • Significant experience working with Legal Application Software ideally iManage
  • Solid understanding of the legal industry and priorities for our clients
  • Consultative approach to account management able to identify and communicate the winwin in business negotiations
  • Strong commercial acumen including knowledge of pricing strategies contracts and selling to clients
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects
  • Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
  • Experience of working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
