We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Writing and Tutoring Specialist to join our team. As an Academic Writing and Tutoring Specialist, you will work with students at various academic levels to provide expert guidance and support in academic writing and related skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support in academic writing and related skills
- Assist students in developing effective writing strategies and techniques
- Provide feedback and suggestions on writing structure, organization, and clarity
- Help students to develop and implement time management strategies to meet deadlines
- Provide tutoring support for writing assignments, research papers, and other academic tasks
- Assist in developing academic skills such as critical thinking, research, and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in academic writing and tutoring

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, Masters or PhD is preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of academic writing and citation standards
- Experience in tutoring, teaching or academic writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and supportive demeanor
