Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and complete repairs in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines;
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
Test equipment postrepair to ensure optimal performance;
Maintain wellorganized work orders;
Maintain regular communication with managers regarding repair progress and issues;
Collaborate within a team to address daily operational requirements;
Keep workshop and equipment areas clean and organized;
Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff;
Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
Adhere to safe work practices.

Qualifications:

310T certification or Red Seal Licence
Valid G driver's license is a must
Preferred: Clean DZ license and a spotless driving record;
Must own tools required for the job;
Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous;
Proficient in troubleshooting techniques;
Basic computer skills are necessary;
Preferred: Previous experience using online preventative maintenance programs;
Capable of standing lifting 60 lbs carrying bending twisting for extended periods;
Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
Reliable punctual teamoriented individual.
