Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Remote Support – Group Companies)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical
assistance across multiple companies within our group. Based in Doha you will be the
first point of contact for supporting remote IT-related issues ensuring smooth
operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote support for end users focus is on Windows OS Microsoft Office
and Microsoft 365. Experience with Apple and Linux support is a plus.
o Training of end users in basic operations
o Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
• Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Act as the first line. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve (escalated) issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• End user satisfaction. Going the extra step for a smile.
Required Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft Office Suite and
Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting users in a multi-company or group environment is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Results-driven analytic strong communicator and committed to service
excellence.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Trustworthy and reliable with a “can-do” attitude.
