Location: Riyadh Mekkah Dammam
Role Overview:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operational financial and personnel management of a specific unit or multiple clinical areas. They ensure smooth day-to-day operations optimal staffing and high-quality patient care within their assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily unit workflows including nurse scheduling patient assignments and resource allocation.
- Oversee unit budgets manage medical supplies and optimize operational costs.
- Handle patient and family grievances promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of unit staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Management or an equivalent field is mandatory.
- Experience: Strong operational managerial experience within high-volume or specialized units is mandatory. Similar department-specific management experience is welcomed.
- Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
