Nurse Administrator
Role Overview:
The Nurse Administrator bridges the gap between clinical operations and executive hospital management. This role focuses primarily on high-level administrative functions regulatory compliance budgeting and long-term strategic resource planning for the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in executive-level strategic planning and policy formulation for the nursing workforce.
- Manage large-scale nursing budgets capital expenditures and workforce recruitment/retention strategies.
- Ensure the entire nursing department meets national and international healthcare accreditation standards (e.g. JCI or CBAHI).
- Serve as the primary liaison between the nursing body and hospital executive leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Masters degree in Nursing Administration Healthcare Administration or MBA in Healthcare is mandatory.
- Experience: Executive-level nursing managerial experience is mandatory. Past experience in a similar large-scale administrative role is highly welcomed.
- Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
