Job Summary
Leading Bahrain-based asset management company is looking for ambitious and motivated Investment Sales Associates to support business development across GCC and MENA markets.
The role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and Family Offices while promoting investment and advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Promote investment advisory and wealth management solutions.
- Achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients.
- Support client events and networking activities in Bahrain.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
- Provide client feedback and market insights to management.
KPI Targets
- AuM Target by Year-End: USD 10 million
- Revenue Target by Year-End: USD 35000
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in investment sales wealth management private banking or financial services.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Experience dealing with HNWI/UHNWI clients preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field.
- Arabic and English language skills preferred.
