Lean Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure
Location: Doha Qatar
Industry: Roads & Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Implement Lean Construction principles and continuous improvement strategies across infrastructure projects.
Monitor project workflows productivity and resource utilization to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
Coordinate with project teams to improve construction planning sequencing and execution.
Support implementation of Last Planner System (LPS) pull planning and workflow optimization.
Analyze project performance data and prepare improvement reports and KPI dashboards.
Conduct process reviews root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate coordination meetings with project stakeholders to improve project delivery efficiency.
Ensure compliance with project quality safety and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in Lean Construction methodologies and process improvement.
Experience working on Ashghal or major infrastructure projects in Qatar is preferred.
Knowledge of project planning construction sequencing and workflow management.
Proficiency in MS Office Primavera P6 and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
MMUP/UPDA certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in KPI monitoring and performance analysis.
Familiarity with BIM-integrated project workflows.
Ability to lead workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
