- Generate Leads and Opportunities:Identify potential customers and develop new business leads.
- Communicate with Customers:Interact with clients via phone email and other virtual tools to understand their needs and answer questions.
- Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Present Solutions:Explain product features benefits and demonstrate how they can meet customer needs.
- Close Deals:Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain Customer Database:Keep customer information accurate and up-to-date in a CRM system.
- Follow-up:Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to increase sales by offering additional products or services.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Sales:Understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Persuasion:Ability to persuade customers to buy products or services.
- Customer Service:Strong customer service skills to build rapport and address concerns.
- Problem-solving:Ability to understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
- Time Management:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
