ملخص الوظيفة
Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.
Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Conduct variance analysis and support management in decision-making.
Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting
* Experience in the real estate or construction industries
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax regulations.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required.
* Previous experience reporting to foreign managers or preparing reports for international stakeholders is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
* Professional certifications (e.g. CPA CMA) are a plus.
* Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
