Job Title: Safety Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Safety Manager to lead HSE operations on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing site-wide safety programs with a Level 6 or higher safety certification and 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering Environmental Science or related field
- NEBOSH IGC OSHA or Diploma in Level 6 (as per Saudi regulations)
- 5 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law Health & Safety regulations and risk management protocols
- Excellent reporting incident investigation and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HSE plan implementation and procedures
- Conduct safety audits toolbox talks and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE standards
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety culture
