  • Manage and oversee vendor issue resolution processes ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

  • Act as a communication bridge between customer operations and vendors to efficiently resolve escalations.

  • Monitor track and analyze claims data to detect trends and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor performance and relationship management.

  • Generate and deliver regular reports and updates on issue status and resolution timelines to relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field.

  • 02 years of experience in operations customer service vendor management or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
