Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Performance Executive to join our dynamic this role youll lead the execution and optimization of cutting-edge paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms. Your strategic insights and expertise will have a significant impact on our clients business growth making you a key player in shaping the future of digital advertising in the region.
- Develop and present compelling paid performance proposals that showcase innovative solutions and drive client buy-in.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership across Paid Social Paid Search and Programmatic advertising channels.
- Consult with and guide the team to design and implement highly effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently achieve and exceed KPIs providing proactive optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Serve as the primary point of expertise in client discussions confidently articulating complex bidding strategies and best practices in a clear and compelling manner.
- Cultivate strong trusting relationships with clients by proactively identifying and delivering innovative solutions that help them achieve their unique business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling Quarterly Business Reviews consolidating key insights highlighting successes and providing data-driven recommendations for future growth.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions.
- Exceptional leadership communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and influence both internal teams and external clients.
- A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape including tracking ecosystems (MMP Analytics360 Campaign Manager) and emerging technologies.
