Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of critical digital programs aligned with the company s transformation roadmap.
Manage cross-functional teams across technology business and vendor ecosystems.
Define and maintain project delivery timelines scope and quality benchmarks.
Identify risks resolve issues and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Drive program governance and reporting across leadership layers.
Ensure seamless handover of deployed initiatives to operations/support teams.
Requirements
Requirements
Proven years of experience in managing enterprise-scale digital delivery programs.
Proven track record in telecom or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and program management tools.
Telecom industry or large enterprise consulting background preferred.
PMP / Agile certifications are a plus.
Transferable Iqama and immediately available candidates preferred
Should be a native Arabic speaker
