General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations in Novotel Al Sahafah Riyadh Saudi Arabia. • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team creating a positive work environment that promotes collaboration innovation and professional growth
• Oversee all operational aspects of the organization ensuring efficiency quality standards and compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets controlling costs optimizing revenue streams and delivering measurable business results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders partners and clients building and maintaining strong relationships that support business objectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
• Champion a customer-centric culture by establishing systems and practices that consistently exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies in response to changing business conditions
