ملخص الوظيفة

Role Description:

Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery team collaboration and overall organisational agility.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (Masters degree preferred) *
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification.
  • Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking communication and emotional intelligence.
Specific knowledge
  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS Nexus)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Azure DevOps)
  • Background in software development or IT project managementknowledge

  • Excellent leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in change management and organisational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies acrossthe enterprise.
  • Coach executives managers and teams on agile principles practices andmindset.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and events including sprint planning daily stand-ups
  • and retrospectives
  • Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance
  • Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation
  • Assess team and organisational agile maturity recommending improvementsandbest practices.
  • Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.
  • practices across the whole organisation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of agile transformation initiatives.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging agile methodologies.
