Advanced Specialist GTM (Business Development / Enterprise Partnerships KSA)

This role is equivalent to industry-recognised titles such as Business Development Manager Enterprise Solutions Education Partnerships Manager Commercial Growth Manager and Go-To-Market Manager Education. This is a commercially focused individual contributor role responsible for driving growth partnerships and market expansion across the KSA EdTech sector.

Reports to: Enterprise Director Middle East Africa & Turkey

The Role

In this role you will grow Pearsons enterprise and government presence across Saudi Arabia by building strategic partnerships and developing high-impact education and workforce solutions. Youll work closely with government entities large employers and internal product teams to shape opportunities aligned to Vision 2030 and national skills agendas.

You will strengthen enterprise and government relationships and co-create solutions that transform how organisations build your first six months youll make your biggest impact by establishing priority accounts developing a strong opportunity portfolio and positioning Pearson as a long-term capability partner in KSA.

What makes this opportunity different is the scale and purpose youre not promoting standalone products youre shaping national and enterprise-level skills ecosystems. This is a role for someone who wants to influence the future of learning and workforce development in Saudi Arabia.

What Youll Own

You will own the end-to-end go-to-market success for enterprise and government customers in KSA.

Your biggest priorities will be to:

  • Build and grow strategic accounts across government giga-projects and large enterprises.

  • Originate and progress high-value multi-product opportunities

  • Position Pearson as a trusted long-term education and skills partner

Youll lead and influence:

  • Market development and account planning aligned to Vision 2030.

  • Stakeholder mapping and opportunity qualification.

  • Solution design in collaboration with product solutions and delivery teams
    Portfolio forecasting and CRM governance.

Success in this role looks like:

  • A strong well-qualified opportunity portfolio

About You

  • You bring strong business development experience in B2B education training or EdTech and you operate with a consultative strategic mindset.

  • You bring commercial acumen and relationship-building expertise and youre someone who operates through trust curiosity and accountability.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving cross-functional environment where you collaborate closely with product experts solution architects and leadership teams. Youre comfortable influencing senior stakeholders shaping complex opportunities and turning market insight into action.

You are known for:

  • Relationship building at enterprise and government level

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Data-informed decision-making using CRM and portfolio tools
