Key Responsibilities :
- The role of the planner is to work with the project managers and teams to ensure all aspects of the project are defined.
- The planner provides clarity on key milestones to define what when and how activities will be organised to ensure the outcomes of the project can be achieved.
- They support the senior planners on all aspects of project planning which will include the development updating and monitoring of plans and schedules.
- They identify tasks activities interdependencies and outputs for the project and work with the project team to track and monitor progress against the plan throughout the life of the project.
- Process review monitor and track Contractors & PMCs invoices as well as ensuring availability of sufficient budget under related CRPOs prior of processing invoices and raise concern/flag for any overrun/ underrun status.
Key Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the industry in related projects.
- Proven track record of experience as a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational multi-dimensional organization.
- English proficiency
- Computer skills Word Excel Outlook Explorer Primavera P6 @Risk TILOS PowerBI
- Previous Experience in KSA
- Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC.
