Job Title: Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction site activities
Allocate workers based on project requirements
Execute work as per drawings and technical plans
Estimate and calculate required materials
Travel between multiple job sites as required
Ensure smooth workflow and maintain discipline on site
Submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager

Candidate Requirements
Gender: Male
Nationality: Indian

Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction field
Gulf Experience: Mandatory
Language: Basic Arabic & English

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in embroidery and graphic design Strong knowledge of logo design and graphic creativity Hands-on experience with embroidery machines Good understanding of fabric types and color matching Basic computer skills to handle digital design files Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication skills in English
