Grant Thornton Abdulaal Bahrain is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Advisor / PMO to join our team on a secondment this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our highly reputable clients in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advisory and PMO oversight across multiple workstreams (legal regulatory finance HR IT)
- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs
- Perform regular status reports and executive dashboards
- Monitor risks dependencies and project milestones
- Facilitate coordination across internal stakeholders and external advisors
Education & Experience:
- Education: A bachelors degree in business management engineering or a similar field is required while a masters degree (such as an MBA) is preferred.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 are an added advantage.
- Candidate must currently reside in Bahrain.
Skills:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in driving successful project planning execution monitoring closing & reporting/ analyzing.
- Leadership & Communication: The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership board members and other stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: The role demands sound judgment across diverse situations coupled with robust administrative and organizational capabilities allowing for the effective management of multiple priorities.
- Financial Acumen: Experience of budget control and financial management as part of project delivery.
Duration:
- Upto 1 Year.
