Our client is a well-established organization in the food and beverage sector. On their behalf we are seeking an experienced Exhibition Manager to lead and manage their Food Expo based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for the full planning and execution of a large-scale food and beverage exhibition. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations driving sales and marketing initiatives managing vendor and stakeholder relationships and leading a dedicated exhibition team. The successful candidate will ensure the event is delivered to the highest standard with a strong focus on operational excellence and attendee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of the food and beverage exhibition
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth event delivery
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with vendors partners and stakeholders
- Lead and supervise the exhibition team
- Monitor overall event performance and attendee satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in exhibition or event management
- Strong knowledge of operations sales and marketing
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in food & beverage events is an advantage
