We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Attendant to support daily office operations within a Saudi office environment. This role is responsible for providing attendant services including serving refreshments maintaining cleanliness of service areas and supporting administrative staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform attendant duties including serving refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and common areas
Support general office operations as directed
Assist with additional attendant duties as assigned by PMO Logistics Supply Officer or Officer in Charge
Ensure a professional and courteous environment at all times
Communicate effectively in Arabic and when required in English
Minimum Requirements:
Contractor must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
The contractor personnel shall perform attendant duties serving refreshments in the Saudi Office environment.
High School diploma or equivalent is highly desired.
Contractor personnel may be assigned other attendant duties as required by Program Management Officer (PMO) RSLFAC Logistics Supply Officer or RSLFAC Officer in charge at assigned duty location.
Minimum 1 year of experience in attendant duties serving refreshments in the Saudi Office environment is highly desired.
Shall be fluent in Arabic oral and written and is desired to be able to communicate in the English language.
All requirements may be waived by the RSLFAC Commander but must be learned within 30 days of the employees start date.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
