Understand customer needs and requirements to propose suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
